- • Support messages and consent records (e.g., who you shared with and when).
We do not sell personal data.
How we use your data
- • To render your dashboard (trends, facts, 3D Health Lens) and power AI explanations.
- • To enable secure sharing with doctors and family managers with granular consent.
- • To maintain safety and reliability (fraud/abuse prevention, diagnostics, and product improvement).
- • To communicate about your account or respond to your requests.
AI processing
To answer questions or draft summaries, we may send the minimum necessary snippets of your content to trusted AI providers under data-processing terms. We do not permit those providers to use your data for advertising. See the Security page for more about third-party processing.
Sharing & disclosure
- • With your direction: you can share a document or your whole dashboard with a clinician; you can revoke anytime.
- • Service providers: cloud hosting, storage, analytics, email, and AI vendors who help us operate the service.
- • Legal: if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or integrity of the service.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies for security and session management. We use analytics to understand feature usage and improve reliability. Where required, we’ll ask for your consent. You can control analytics in your browser or OS settings and by using our in-app cookie preferences (coming soon).
Data retention & deletion
- • We retain your account and documents until you delete them or close your account.
- • We keep audit logs and consent receipts for a limited period for security and compliance.
- • Backups may retain data for a short time after deletion; they are encrypted and auto-expire.
Your rights
- • Access your data and get a copy.
- • Correct inaccurate information.
- • Delete your account/data (subject to legal obligations).
- • Restrict or object to certain processing.
- • Port your data in a machine-readable format.

International transfers
We may process data in the EU, US, or other regions via our providers. When data leaves your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards (contractual terms and technical controls).
Children
Family managers may manage dependents’ profiles as permitted by local law. If you believe a child’s data was provided without proper authorization, contact us and we’ll help.
